現在のスペリングセッションの、直近のエラーを返します。
dictionaryenchant_broker_request_dict() または enchant_broker_request_pwl_dict() によって返される Enchant 辞書。
エラーメッセージを表す文字列、あるいはエラーが発生していない場合に
false を返します。
